My first serious drama (since there's no drama genre, I placed it under horror).
Created specifically for entry into the Honesty Competition. Originally 16 minutes long I had to lose a lot of scenes to fit the time constraints. All that remains of those deleted scenes is the thumbnail. Unfortunately my film didn't even place as a runner up in the contest so in hindsight I guess I should've left it in its original longer version.
All the VO's were done by me. Additionally, I composed three of the songs used in this film, and used Daniel Tidwell's (aka PhantomRaul) "Echoing Sadness" piece for the flashback sequence.
I'll devote this lengthy paragraph to try to address some of the reviewers' queries/observations.
This is not intended as a religious film--I am not a religious person, but did attend a Christian school (the cathedral's exterior and interior shots are of the church school where I graduated from).
I just thought this was the perfect venue for a film focusing on honesty and in time for an Easter release.
